Catholic nun, 77, spotted riding hoverboard

A 77-year-old nun, dressed in her habit,has gone viral after she was filmed floating into a polling station on board a hoverboard.

The French Catholic woman went to cast her vote in the first round of the country's legislative elections,in the town of Baugé on Sunday. Identified as sister Fabienne from Les Filles du cœur de Marie, she was featured on the Christian Aleteia website.

The hoverboard belongs to sister Fabienne's friend father Aymeric de Salvert, who gave her a quick lesson.

When asked about her mode of transport, she said:

"Oh you know, it sounds complicated like that, but now I'm a pro! "You just have to lean forward to go a little faster, and back to brake."
