Princess Diana's bridesmaid India Hicks rocked up at the 50th birthday party for Crown Prince Pavlos of Greece... topless beneath her tuxedo.

Instead of a white dress shirt, the granddaughter of Earl Mountbatten of Burma had her naked chest sprayed with white body paint.The make-up artist even added a bow tie to complete the effect.

'They asked us to revolutionise our Black Tie,' explained the 49-year-old former model, who shared online a video of her preparations for the party in the Cotswolds.

India is used to wearing few clothes as she is based in the Bahamas with her long-time partner David Flint Wood and their four children.
