Moped riding teenage thugs armed with an 18 inch machete terrorise an estate on a stolen bike

This is the moment a pair of thugs were caught on camera terrorising residents while riding around an estate on a stolen moped armed with a huge machete.

The two men caused chaos on the estate in Harold Hill, Romford, east London, brandishing an 18 inch machete and knives at residents as they rode around on a stolen moped without a number plate.

The thugs, wearing motorbike helmets, jeans and trainers, are also believed to have damaged two cars on Monday afternoon.

At one point the pillion passenger jumped off the bike and ran towards locals armed with the massive blade but victims and the suspects had fled the scene by the time police arrived.
